Is it really unlimited?
Absolutely yes! You have the freedom to add as many design requests to your queue as you wish, and they will be addressed one at a time.
Why shouldn't I just employ a full-time designer?
To begin with, the yearly cost for a full-time senior-level designer now surpasses $120,000, plus benefits (and securing one who is available can be a challenge). Beyond that, there may not always be enough work to keep them occupied at all times, which means you end up paying for idle time. With the monthly plan, you have the flexibility to pause and resume your subscription as needed, ensuring you are only paying for a designer when there's work for them to tackle.
How fast will I receive my designs?
Typically, most requests are fulfilled within just 48 to 72 hours. However, the timeframe may extend for more complex requests.
What software do you design in?
Most requests are designed with Figma and Adobe Illustrator.
How do I request designs?
Metahub provides a wealth of flexibility in how you can request designs using Trello. Common methods clients use to request designs include directly through Trello, sharing Google docs link or wireframes, or even capturing a brief Loom video (for those who'd rather not write their request). Essentially, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it's accepted.
Are there any design work you don't provide?
Indeed, Meta Hub Design does not cater to the following design services: 3D modeling, animated graphics (such as GIFs), document design (like medical forms), complex packaging, and extensive print design (including magazines, books, etc.).
Is there a refund policy if I don’t like the service?
Given the high-quality standards of our work, no refunds will be issued.
What if I don't like the design?
No problem! We'll keep refining the design until you're completely satisfied.
